Treatment Plan: Upper All-On-6 & Lower Crown/Bridge
This patient came in wanting teeth and thought the only way to do it was to do a full upper and lower all-on-x treatment. After coming into our office and talking with Dr. Hart, we felt it was best to save his lower teeth and do a full lower set of crowns and bridges using his existing teeth. On the upper, it was recommended to extract all of his teeth and do an all-on-5 (a full set of zirconia teeth attached to 6 implants). While we do all-on-x procedures all the time, we also do cosmetic/restorative crowns for patients when it is not recommended to pull their natural teeth. The patient was able to save his existing teeth on the lower and get a treatment plan that saved him roughly $20,000 compared to other implant centers.
Treatment Plan: Upper All-On-6 & Lower All-On-5
This patient was a textbook full upper and lower implant case. Dr. Hart was able to extract all the teeth and then place 6 dental implants on top and 5 dental implants on bottom. All of our patients, including this one, was able to give feedback on the color, size, and look of the teeth. He was able to give input and wear a couple variations to be able to "test drive" his teeth before we made the final zirconia ones. He's excited to smile, eat, and show off his light-hearted personality again! He was also able to save $10,000-20,000 by choosing Ivory Dental and was still able to get premium materials and care.
Treatment Plan: Upper All-On-6
This patient was a full upper all-on-x case. At Ivory Dental, we place 6 implants on the top compared to 4 (like most implant centers do) for added stability and longevity of the restoration. This patient required upper extractions, bone reduction, and bone grafting. We then placed 6 implants and were able to deliver a full upper arch made of zirconia. Zirconia is the strongest and most premium material offered in dentistry.
Treatment Plan: Upper Removable Denture & Lower All-On-5
This patient was needing to have all of her upper and lower teeth removed. With affordability being a concern, this patient opted to go with our "starter smile" treatment. This treatment consists of a removable upper denture and a fixed lower zirconia arch attached to 5 implants. This option was able to give this patient a full, beautiful smile for $20,000-30,000 less than a full upper and lower implant solution at other implant centers.
